With only 2 bedrooms but the whole upper floor, this is a b&b with a
difference!
It's so easy for friends or a family to have the whole space to themselves.
Elizabeth House is a converted church in the centre of the traditional
Snowdonian village of Dolwyddelan, just 20 minutes from Snowdon and 5 miles from Betws-Y-Coed. Built in the 1860's, and a
church for just over a hundred years, it
retains much of its original character:
sleep under the rafters,
look out of
stained glass windows - and spot the former pulpit!
The history stops with the architecture and artefacts - the beds are comfy,
the quilts cuddly and the towels fluffy! Each room now has its own
bath and shower, the water is hot, the
showers pressurised - and the rubber ducks float!
