Practicalities of life ........
Check-in: normally between 12.30pm and 7pm. When you book, I ask you to let me know an expected arrival time and it makes my life much lovelier if you let me know of any major delays (I might want to pop out to visit friends/go shopping/see the local pub etc.!)
Check-out: normally by 11am but you're welcome to leave bags etc in the hall.
Breakfast time: cooked breakfast normally between 7.30am and 10am. For early risers a continental-style buffet is available, but please let me know the day before or when you book.
Deposits/Cancellations: before I take any booking, I explain these - and it's just so we're fair to each other.
